Xiamen Ningly and Xiamen Hollyland have been accredited and operating according to BSI ISO9001 Quality requirements since September 1998 and February 2005 respectively. The two companies have been accredited and operating according to CQC ISO14001 Environment requirements since November 2006.
Comprehensive Quality Assurance Procedures and Measurement Metrics have been put in place on Vendor Qualifications, Raw Material Inward Inspections, Process Control Checking and Final Testing and Inspections. Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Programs and 5S Works Practices are applied throughout the Production Plant. These Practices are to ensure Consistent Quality Products for our Customers.
Being the Circuit Protection Component for Safety enhancement, our Products are extensively certified worldwide in North America by UL, UR and CSA, in Europe by VDE, TUV, BSI, IMQ and SEMKO and in Asia by CCC, CQC, PSE and KTL.
Our Products are fully compliance to RoHS and REACH requirements and we are fully equipped with an in-house RoHS Test Laboratory.
Quality Objective in 2010
1. Acquired International Safety Approval for at least 16 product series.
2. Finished goods yield rate ＞97.00％; final inspection batch approval rate＞98.00％.
3. No significant quality incident.
