Xiamen Ningly Electronics Company Limited was established in May 1992.
Xiamen Hollyland Electronics and Electric Company Limited was established in February 2005.
In 1998 XNE and in 2005 XMHCL received ISO9001 certification issued by British Standards Institution. The two companies received ISO14001 certification issued by China Quality Certification Centre in 2006.
Xiamen Ningly Electronics Company Limited was qualified as a "HIGH TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISE of XIAMEN“ in 2003
To satisfy the needs for growth of the Company, the Production Facility was relocated to the current plant site at FangHu Road, HuLi District with a production area of 20,000 square meters in 2004.
All of products was lead-free and fully complied with RoHS requirements since 2004.
In 2008 Xiamen Ningly Electronics Company Limited was qualified as a "NATIONAL HIGH TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISE “, and the ‘HOLLYLAND®’ Trademark was recognized as “FAMOUS TRADEMARK OF CHINA”.
Xiamen Ningly Electronics Company Limited has the share reform announcement and has officially changed its name to Hollyland (China) Electronics Technology Corporation Limited on July 28th 2010.
